Project Development

Identify, assess, and prepare high‑quality impact projects — building the partnerships and ethical foundations that bring Implement2Impact to life.

At I2Impact, our mission is to empower students to create real, lasting social impact. We give young people the opportunity to work on meaningful, real‑life challenges and to grow as the next generation of changemakers. Our approach is built on four strong pillars, each offering a unique way to discover, experience, and create impact.

Our Pillars

How we create impact together

Introduce 2 Impact

Out-of-the-box events that open the doors to business for good and social entrepreneurship. Students meet role models, discover innovative ideas, and explore how purpose and business go hand in hand.

Inspire 2 Impact

Workshops, trainings, and hands‑on sessions that equip motivated students with the skills, tools, and mindset needed to make a difference — whether starting with a concrete case or a passion to help.

Immerse 2 Impact

A behind‑the‑scenes dive into real social ventures. Students connect with purpose‑driven organisations, join immersive visits, or take part in an impact traineeship alongside changemakers.

Implement 2 Impact

An opportunity to create tangible impact through a multidisciplinary, cross‑cultural social entrepreneurship project across the globe, contributing to positive change in communities worldwide.

About this pillar

Implement2Impact — From learning to action

Implement2Impact is I2Impact's hands-on impact pillar, designed for students who are ready to move from learning and exploration to concrete action. It enables motivated students to work on real-life social entrepreneurship and international solidarity projects, primarily in collaboration with partners all over the world.

Through Implement2Impact, students engage in multidisciplinary, cross‑cultural projects that address pressing social and economic challenges. These projects are carefully selected by I2Impact in partnership with purpose-driven organisations to ensure relevance, ethical engagement, and meaningful impact.

I2Impact plays an active role throughout the entire journey — including project selection, student–project matching, and continuous follow‑up with both students and partner organisations. Students receive structured guidance, tailored trainings, and practical tools to navigate complex contexts and deliver high-quality outcomes.

Implement2Impact places strong emphasis on learning quality and accountability: clear impact measurement frameworks assess both learning outcomes for students and tangible value created for partner organisations and communities. It is the culmination of the I2Impact journey — where knowledge, skills, and motivation come together to create real impact in the world.
