Marketing & Communications

Translate I2Impact's activities into clear, attractive, and effective communication — reaching the right students, at the right moment, with the right message.

At I2Impact, our mission is to empower students to create real, lasting social impact. We give young people the opportunity to work on meaningful, real‑life challenges and to grow as the next generation of changemakers. Our approach is built on four strong pillars, each offering a unique way to discover, experience, and create impact.

Our Pillars

How we create impact together

Introduce 2 Impact

Out-of-the-box events that open the doors to business for good and social entrepreneurship. Students meet role models, discover innovative ideas, and explore how purpose and business go hand in hand.

Inspire 2 Impact

Workshops, trainings, and hands‑on sessions that equip motivated students with the skills, tools, and mindset needed to make a difference — whether starting with a concrete case or a passion to help.

Immerse 2 Impact

A behind‑the‑scenes dive into real social ventures. Students connect with purpose‑driven organisations, join immersive visits, or take part in an impact traineeship alongside changemakers.

Implement 2 Impact

An opportunity to create tangible impact through a multidisciplinary, cross‑cultural social entrepreneurship project across the globe, contributing to positive change in communities worldwide.

About this role

Marketing & Communications — The voice of I2Impact

As a Marketing & Communications Member, you are responsible for translating I2Impact's activities into clear, attractive, and effective communication. You work closely with one or more pillar teams (Introduce, Inspire, Immerse, Implement) to promote events, workshops, projects, and recruitment moments.

MarCom Members are the creative executors of I2Impact's communication — bringing campaigns to life through visuals, copy, and timely promotion. They are supported by the MarCom Chapter Lead, who provides brand guidelines, templates, feedback, and strategic direction.

Every communication contributes to positioning I2Impact as a dynamic, impact‑driven student organisation. Your work ensures:

What — the event or initiative is clearly communicated

Why — students understand why it matters to them

When & where — timing and location are always clear

How — students know exactly how to participate or sign up
